York was experiencing a breach of confidence in the quality of some of the components they were using in their equipment. After taking steps to correct these issues, they called on us to develop a multi-media campaign aimed at both the trade and consumer market. We proposed going to their factory in Wichita, Kansas and drawing on the words of employees to deliver a compelling visual and verbal message.
